Agreement

By using Pasado PH, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Pasado PH provides Philippine exam-prep practice: Core aptitude drills, optional exam packs, timed and untimed modes, and progress tools. Content is for study and practice only. It is not an official exam, government service, or guarantee of a passing score.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping sign-in access secure. Do not share accounts or attempt to bypass access controls, rate limits, or pack gating.

Free and paid access

Free teasers and guest practice may be limited. Full packs unlock additional content for a stated period (for example one month) when checkout is available. Prices and pack contents may change; what you unlock is what you paid for at purchase time, subject to these terms.

Payments

When Maya (or another payment partner) checkout is offered, payment is processed by that provider. Refunds, chargebacks, and wallet disputes follow the provider's rules and applicable law. Pack access may be revoked if a payment is reversed or fraudulent.

Acceptable use

• No scraping, bulk redistribution, or resale of question banks
• No interference with other users or service infrastructure
• No unlawful or abusive use of the product

Local data and sync

Progress may be stored on your device and, when signed in, synced via our cloud backend. You can export or clear local data where the product provides those tools. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Account deletion

You may delete your account from Settings. Deletion ends cloud access under that account. Local browser copies may remain until you remove them.

Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pasado PH disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for exam outcomes or indirect damages arising from use of the product.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
