Overview

Pasado PH helps you prepare for Philippine civil service and licensure exams. This policy explains what we collect, where it lives, and the choices you have.

Local and offline data

Quiz progress, results, and spaced-repetition state are stored primarily on your device (IndexedDB). You can keep studying when offline. When you sign in, eligible local progress can sync to your account for backup and use on other devices.

Account and authentication

Accounts are handled through Supabase Auth (for example Google or email sign-in). We store the account identifiers needed to keep you signed in, sync progress, and apply pack access. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

Paid Full packs may be offered through Maya (or another payment partner) when checkout is enabled. Payment card or wallet details are collected and processed by the payment provider—not by Pasado PH. We retain order and entitlement records needed to unlock packs on your account.

What we use data for

• Providing exam practice, scoring, and review features
• Syncing progress across devices when you are signed in
• Granting and tracking unlocked packs
• Security, abuse prevention, and service reliability

Account deletion

You can delete your account from Settings. Deletion removes your cloud account data and synced records we control. Local browser data may remain until you clear site data or use in-app reset tools. Payment provider records may be retained as required by law or their policies.
